Growing up on bustling job sites alongside his builder father, Damian developed a keen eye for construction and a deep appreciation for property from an early age. Upon leaving home, Damian, proudly served in the Queensland Police Service for almost two decades, while his wife Louise established a hairdressing business which she owned and operated for 30 years.

While juggling the demands of gruelling shift work, managing a thriving business and a growing property portfolio, Damian and Louise experienced firsthand the gaps within the property market at that time. Too much or not enough communication from Property Managers, mountains of paperwork, lack of follow-ups and inattention to detail which resulted in unnecessary stress for the landlord and tenants alike.

They began to wonder, was there an opportunity to take all of their experiences, good and bad, and help others to make their property dreams come true? The answer was a resounding YES!

In 2007, Damian began working in the Real Estate Industry full time, gaining varied experience working in different areas of the industry, including residential, commercial and boutique Property development. 

Building upon his already strong foundation of listening, problem-solving, communication and crucial negotiation skills, he soon discovered his talent for auctioneering and in 2013, received an international accolade as the best auctioneer newcomer.
